Penhaligon's Opus 1870 Shower Gel

Love the smell and its one of few shower gels that seem to make you feel clean and smooth.

However what's in it? There are no ingredients listed on the bottle and only a few on the website, can anyone find or know of what the full ingredients list is? :)

Thanks

Scott

I just did a quick Google search. Your thread came up as thhe first return, so I am guessing there must not be much information on it. I would call or e-mail Penhaligon's and ask. At the very least we can probably assume there are no animal products in it.

Emailed, but I got no reply! :) I did find it for sale on a German site which listed the ingredients, however it was identical to Molton Brown, so I'm slightly sceptical as to whether they are in fact correct.

Cheers

Couldn't find much on it myself. The fragrance is wonderful and I'm sure the shower gel matches the quality we have come to expect from Penhaligons.

Good luck in your hunt! I love the Opus scent and when my decant runs out I will probably spring for the Cologne for winter. Sadly, because our water here is quite hard, I really don't use nicely-scented products in the shower

Yeah I figured it had SLS and parabens in it like all the body washes I've seen. That's why I'm a bath soap guy. Don't get any in your eye.

Ooooooo that would clean my car perfectly .

Soap is always to drying for me, its SLES not SLS, SLES is ok, but still a harsh cleaner as far as your skin is concerned.
