I've never noticed this one...is it a newer model?
I have not tried it but its a fairly new razor using the so called 2010 head. Weighs 3 oz with a 3" handle & 3 piece. Parkers are hit or mis. Give it a shot and let us know how it shaves.
It looks to me like it has the same head as the 91R (which I have and like very much). I read all about QC problems with Parker but have experienced none of them myself. The 91R I bought from Amazon is perfect.
The Parker 91R I ordered from Amazon was defective and I returned it. YMMV.
