While awaiting the arrival of my Futur, I've been wondering what blade to use. Guys seem to gravitate towards a sharper blade like a Swede or Feather. I never really bought much into the whole blade/razor pairing thing until I realized I use Feathers almost exclusively in my Progress and IP's in my 40's SS. So my question is: Do you find the Futur works better with an "sharper" blade like the ones I mentioned, or do you get good results with a milder blade as well?

I have good luck with Feathers in my Futur, FWIW.
I have been using Crystals in mine
Derby's are my preferred blades for the Futur, sometimes Feathers too.
I prefer Swedish Gillette.
Seems I'm on the low end of the spectrum - I shave on setting 1 with Dorcos. Get the variety pack and see what works for you. The Futur is a great razor.
Untill some other blade ends up on top...I'm using Derbys in my Futur. It's my curent go to razor and blade.
