Never heard of it. If you already bought it you can try 'hanging hair test' for shave readiness.
I can't say I'm familiar with the brand but do you know where they are made?

That makes it a Solingen razor so it'll be pretty good.
I've got one that I picked up from ebay. I haven't honed it yet but I think it will be a fine shaver since it's Solingen made.
It's also pre-1939 as the factory was taken over about then by the Nazi government and used for other things. Good razors, as has been said.
