I can second that. I've ordered two stones from him now( a Le Verte and a #10 bout), and each time he's been prompt and courteous and dealt with my emails on a friday night or weekend. And the prices he's got are incredible! I'd recommend his services to anyone. And he really knows his stones.

I just want to let everyone know that I did hear back from Bart and Ardennes today, but had already ordered from Jarrod. I don't hold anything against them, Bart is championing the cause of the Coti worldwide and Ardennes is busy digging and cutting stones for us all.

They were all 3 very helpful and awesome dudes. I just happened to go with Jarrod.

But as for the answer to what started the thread, you put the characteristics of the stone you're after in the comments of your order and they will make it happen.
