Online stores shipping to Canada? Need recommendations

Is there a list of recommended online stores somewhere at B&B? I have found http://www.classicshaving.com and http://www.shavingfactory.com where I plan to get the Merkur HD and Derby blades but where do I get the Omega brush and the soaps/alum?

I get most of my soaps and creams from TGQ. They do require a bit more work than "regular" soaps and creams to make lather though. Other options include Saint Charles Shave, Mama Bear's Soaps and HoneyBee Sue has an Ebay store but I can't find the address right now.

Vintage Blades, I believe, has a system set up, and went to some extremes to do it. So far as I know, his is the only system that can guarantee no customs or shipping company surprises.
