Got a new Omega 636 in Silvertip yesterday. I used it for the first time today. WOW! Why haven't I used Silvertip before?

Omega makes some great silvertips, often overlooked though because they are lofted higher than most people like. For cream users and bowl latherers though, it's a luxurious brush by any stretch at a great price.
I had 637 and it was a very nice soft brush and a better value I think than many popular UK brushes that cost a lot more. Mine was impeccably well made and never shed a single hair. I might have to get a 636.
+1. The 636 was my first "real" silvertip, I couldn't believe how soft and fluffy it was. I've learned to appreciate denser scrubbier brushes since then, but they are some nice brushes. Enjoy!

I retired my Omega 10049 Professional boar brush with the addition of the 636. I just never warmed up to it.
My stable now consists of a Rooney 3/1 in Pure Badger (my first "real" brush), an Omega 11047 Mighty Midget, and my new Omega 636. I can't see myself buying another brush for quite some time, but as a lot of you know, never is a long, long time.
