Omega 20106

I have had Omega boar 10049 for a few months and love it. The only complaint is probably the smell, which did not go away quickly. I wanted another Omega boar brush with a more comfortable handle and bought 20106. The handle is indeed allows a better grip. The loft is of a better quality compared to 49 (not a smelly brush at all) and 5 mm longer. That extra 5 mm that made this brush too big for me. A beautiful, very classy and well-made brush... just too big.

So, my 49 remains my go to brush.

I tried the Omega 49 a while back and it was actually the subject of an edition of our Brush Chronicles. Whilst the brush did a good job, I couldn't imagine myself using it terribly much, so I PIFd mine. I recently picked up the B&B Essential Boar which has a great Omega knot in it.
