Old spice mug date

I found this old spice mug at a flea market today. I have no idea how to date it. Can anyone help?
My pics aren't great but it says. "Ship Recovery~Salem~1794." The bottom reads like this
"OLD SPICE
MADE IN
BELGIUM
5
SHULTON"
