Old Spice Caps

What is the best cap for old spice mugs. I have wome that I store soap in and hate that handi-wrap.

The clear plastic lid off of a margarine tub works great for me. Not a snap on fit, but real close.

Why cover it? I leave mine uncovered with no problem. Use it everyday.

Covering the soap helps preserve the scent. Many of us don't use the same soap daily, so it can be around for perhaps years.

Good to know. I haven't used a cap on my soap mug to date. I think I might start

the Tabac jar lid fits my Old Spice mug perfectly. There might be some differences in diameter between different mugs, though. I don't actually use it on my Old Spice mug that holds a puck of Institut Karite soap, though. I don't feel the need to cover the IK and I don't want to leave my Tabac uncovered. I just did it for an experiment.

A little off topic but does anyone know if the NOS Old Spice mugs with a puck of soap were originally sold wrapped in celophane?
