Ogallala Bay Rum

So I ordered a sampler pack of the different types of bay rum they have to offer, and they sent me this as a free gift



It actually smells really good! I may just throw a few sprays on my jacket as an EDT LOL

I just got a bottle of the Ogallala Bay Rum with Sandalwood. I think it's pretty OK.

Ogallala bay rum was the first aftershave I tried when I started wet-shaving. I haven't tried any other bay rums so I have nothing to compare it to, but I think it smells great. Great company to order from too. The free samples are great. I bought aftershave and a soap sample pack and got three free bottle of skin toner in the other scents. Great stuff.

I actually like the Pyrates Cove Bay Rhum and lime a lot too... both in scent and latherability. I think it lathers better actually.

Same here. I didn't shake the bottle when I applied it the first time. My face was on FIRE!!!

Same here! I used WAY too much too. It was probably pretty funny to watch...I was running/stumbling all over my apartment, eyes burning and blind, trying to find something to cool my face. After unsuccessful attempts with cold water, my freezer, and ice, I had to get back in the shower and wash it all off.

I ordered a sampler, too, and John added two aftershave samples and a bath/shampoo bar sample. I really like the shampoo bar. I want to order one now. My favorite scent is the Bay Rum and Lemongrass. Ogallala has great customer service, and the $1 cologne is a good deal, since it's a 2 oz bottle.

Dittos all around!!! However it wasn't agonizing for me just shockingly warm. I really love how it makes my face feel after it dries.

I really do like it now after I shake it well and use it properly, but that first time was very uncomfortable and downright painful. I had tears rolling out of my eyes and my face got so red I couldn't even tell my lips apart from the rest of my face.

Shaking it really does make a difference.

Me too. Got their $1 cologne deal (whole ounce!) and they sent me their after shave too which is witch hazel and bay rum. It's good stuff. I could do without the cinnamon bit it disappears in 5 min.
