I don't know if he uses TGN knots, sorry. As to the cost, I paid as near as makes no difference 100 Pounds including shipping.

BTW Rod Neep makes a heck of a brush - have both his "silvertip" (in Forest Flame) and "extra silvertip" ( in zebra) and they are superb.
