Shaved with a straight for the first time yesterday. Had some angle issues, but all in all not bad. Better than my first DE shave. This is probably gonna take a while to master but im resolved. Thanks for all the advice guys, it really helped. Is it wrong to want another straight after i just got mine in the mail yesterday???

Well, she told me if iwanted to collect some old ones that would be ok. I dont know if she realizes what that could mean. (evil laugh)
Congratulations. Tell her you "need" another one so you can still shave while your other one is being honed. After that, you're on your own.
