Last weekend I accidentally discovered a small stash of BEA soap stick in a thrift shop in my local town.
The "mild" ingredients list got my attention, for 1.00 I had nothing to lose and had something new to compare against the other shave soap available locally in Portugal: Musgo Real.
This BEA soap was a pleasant surprise, the scent is almost non existent, it retains a lot of water without dripping, and let me do something that I enjoy: skip the AS balm with a fine face. MR soap has more lubricity even when drier but leaves my skin drier.
Today I went there again and bought 11 more. The boxes are really small making them easy to hide together with surplus blades.

Since last summer the BEAs have a new formulation. Tallow and lanolin have been added, I'm ok with tallow but lanolin is a no go for me. Maybe I'll over hype them 15 years from now and sell them for a profit on ebay.
