I didn't realize Gillette made tires, but where there's a wheel there's a way I guess.
I bought one of those once before hoping for a nice score. It too about three months of vigorous polishing with highly abrasive compounds to get all that rubbery black tarnish off and expose the exquisite, gleaming diamond patterns beneath.
What did you do about the obvious bend?
Narrow hone.
I'm surprised at you guys. This is obviously the logical next step in the development of the SuperSpeed. Now... where do you put the blade???

No, no. You mount the tires on a hot rod, put it on a dyno, and stick your cheeks up there. The whiskers simply melt away. 
I guess this is where the rubber meets the road as far as shaving goes.
You know I think the old expression that what goes around comes around applies here...
What sort of styptic do you use for the skid marks?
This is Gillette's version of the Rolls razor.
We should tread carefully with this one, even razor prices can be subject to inflation.
Not very good in the snow though. I did the Gillette slide with a set of these once. There were skidmarks on more than the road after that close shave.

In one of the antique stores is an OLD Gillette that has the name "GOODYEAR" across the face. I was going to get it but some teeth were missing. From recollection it was $20
