Be hard to say for sure on that one. Looks Germanic to me.
A lot of razors were made and shipped over here in the 1920's with similar markings (or lack thereof).
Doesn't look to have had a lot of use. Clean it up, get it honed and take it for a spin around your face.
The fact that it was grand dad's makes it even sweeter.
