No. 9 gate mark griddle

SWMBO came home with this one today

It is a #9 size (24" x 10") double gate marked griddle from around 1860.

Just finished up cooking some hash browns on it. Should have taken a pic with it full of spuds but oh well... Next time

Aww man, I can only imagine the wonderful stuff you can clog your arteries with on that puppy! I'm practically drooling as lunch time approaches and am thinking about Waffle House or any local greasy spoon diner to go have a nyom at!
