Newbie question on applying Alt Innsbruck with Atomizer

Just got mine from Fendrihan. Applied some this evening (not after shaving) and I honestly felt a bit clumsy. How many sprays should I be doing with the atomizer. I think I did about four or five... trying to hit different areas. I actually thought it would be more of a mist but it was a pretty direct spray. Pooled in a few spots and started to run. I used my hands to rub it in a bit. Since I hadn't shaved I didn't really feel the burn and menthol so much. Going to use it after shaving on Saturday. Any advice on application would be much appreciated. Thanks~

I have only used it from the splash bottle - don't know why it would be a pproblem for atomizer.

atomizers can be very different. sometimes quick half sprays are better than slow full sprays..

Another vote for quick sprays instead of slow, reluctant sprays. If you don't feel the menthol after a few seconds you aren't putting enough on. Be careful not to overuse, the scent strong. I'd begin with three quick sprays and adjust from that point.

Got it. Tried really quick mini sprays. Almost creates a mist. Had to do 8-10 to cover my whole face.
