Newbie: Pipe tobacco sampler packs - who sells 'em?

Hi there,
Do any of the online vendors sell sample packs?
I'm in the Boston area; do any local tobacco shops sells samplers?

C&D is your best bet on a sampler. I think you actually have to talk to a live person that asks you about your preferences and picks out your sampler based on your answers. Shockingly good customer service, it's like they want people to enjoy smoking a pipe, like it might be good for business or something.

Unfortunately if you're looking for someplace where you can pick up just a couple bowls worth of a bunch of different tobaccos, none of the big online vendors offer anything like that. You can order bulk tobaccos in 1oz quantities and will cost between $2.50 - $5.00 per ounce depending on the tobacco.

PipesAndCigars.com has samplers but they full tins, and more of packaged bundle of the same brand or of the same flavor profile, and not a broad sample of different blends.
