Likely need new sacs and maybe some nib work. Neither was a particularly expensive pen but both pretty common. If you want to get them back into working shape and are willing to invest about $20.00 each, send them to Danny Fudge at the Write Pen. The pencil likely takes the old fatter 1.5 or 2.0mm leads. If Danny doesn't have any Sam at Pendemonium will.
