Are companies still making new DE razors? If so, how can we find out about them?

Romer is another one. They're made in India I believe.
You can add Feather to the list as well, along with Lord.
Of your existing list, I would cross off Parker/Weishi/Goodfella/Vincent. In my opinion, none of those are worth buying.
So the list of good stuff is:
Muhle
Edwin Jagger
Merkur
Feather
Lord
There are quite a few off brands made in China, and India. Most of these are untested, and quite often really low quality. I have seen a couple of pictures of Romer, but never saw any reviews, or seem anyone report on them.
