New Razor.

Hey guys,

Just a spot of indecision regarding a new razor. I already own quite a few. Obviously wanted to get this great community's thoughts/opinions.
Narrowed it down to either Merkur 34c HD , Merkur 1904 classic or a Muhle R41 and a Bulldog handle ...

Which razors do you have, now? That would help out in determining which would be a more different shaver.
i would have to say the R41 2013 would be the most differing from your others, but i don't find it at all smooth; effective, yes, but very harsh shaver if you have sensitive skin.

I already have a couple of techs... an 11c , an R89 and 2 Edwin Jaggers. Also a Lord and a gillette 7 o'clock.

You've got a good collection of current production type heads so I'd say it's time to explore some more of the vintage offerings. The Gillette Fat Boy, Slim, and various Super Speeds just to name a few. Also, what about a Slant?

Go for the R41!

The 1904 is very mild. The R41 is very aggressive. Your 34C is in between. So, it depends on the type of shave you want.
