I'm not sure if the case is original or not, it sits in it like a new standard, however all it says on the case is made in usa

The case looks like my '34 Aristocrat case. But I don't know anything about what the Deluxe razors came in. I only have one Deluxe and it's a Big Boy. The case is huge. Your razor is gorgeous. If it were mine I wouldn't care what case it came in.

the Belmont DeLuxe comes in gold and silver, US- and british made

the same razor in a black leather case was called Criterion DeLuxe:

Achim, I think it is a mismatched 30's Aristocrat case. In his score thread he found the Aristocrat and the Deluxe at the same spot, and his case doesn't have any different markings like your belmont sets do compared the Aristocrat case. http://badgerandblade.com/vb/showthread.php?t=102371

It's not much different than a bar handle but different enough.

I wouldn't trade mine for the world.
