New brush help

I am new to DE shaving (<1 month), and would like some advice on my next brush. I currently have a Wilkonson Sword Finest Bristle Brush (~£5) but I find it too prickly. I use Palmolive cream and bowl lathering. For my next brush I would like something softer, roughly the same sized brush head maybe slightly bigger and a plain/simple handle. I would be looking to spend £25-30. I have been looking at the Edwin Jagger 1EJ946SDS brush : http://www.soap.com/p/edwin-jagger-...having-brush-faux-ebony-with-drip-stan-203192

And would like to know if A) This brush would be suitable for me and B) if anyone has any other recommendations?
Many Thanks

So that translates to about $50US. In that range you could also look at some of the Simpsons, a brush maker that everyone here loves. I think the "Case", "Berkeley", "Persian Jar", "Commodore", "Special" all fall in that range more or less. If you are curious check out the Simpson Wee Scott an interesting brush that has had some great reviews but is not your typical brush. I have a Simpson Duke 1 and love it! they make really great brushes. Vulfix also make a brush in that range but I dont know much about them. In the end you will find that every one here will praise a particular maker or single brush so you will just have to make a decision more or less at random when you have it narrowed down to a few choices.
