I ordered a new kangaroo strop for an AutoStrop from this gent and yesterday got a paypal notification about a partial refund. The amount isn't important. The fact that it was done is. I'm nobody to this gent, just another customer.
Shipping was less than he anticipated, so he refunded the excess.
OK, so how many companies we all do business with (not necessarily in the shaving community) charge a flat fee for shipping and you know shipping didn't cost anywhere near what they charged!? I expect to pay for their employees in the purchase price, but twice, again in the shipping?
I'd do business with the Strop Shop again in a heartbeat. He's a gentleman and he didn't need to be.
