Need help with a letter (alphabet)

I would like to hear some suggestions if you guys feel a bit creative.

In the thread about "the most hated letter" if some of you recall, mine is "Ж - ж",really troublesome to write this one in cursive. The Capital is somewhat ok but the non-capital is killing me .. I usually end up having to pull few strokes separably to write it down. Kills my flow and mojo in writing. I've had no luck to find some instructions online (guess I maybe need to search for Russian or something, or try some old school books) of how is the proper way to write this one.

So trow in a suggestion or two if your creative side of the brain kicks in on this one :a4:.. i'm open to test suggestions .. the way I do it now is 3 vertical strokes followed by one horizontal haha really killing the flow.

The capital (by instructions) is written with 5 strokes in one for example .. down up down up down :) I think I had an example posted some place with a picture of it. Will try to add it if I found it.

wish i could help, but my mind is clouded with childhood memories of Ernest Goes to Camp when i see that symbol

I've recall seeing it written like an M with the horizontal line through it.
Is it pronounced zh?
It's been awhile since I've used cyrillic

yeah that would be the 5 stroke .. down up down up down .. for capital it works but for non-capital is just too much work haha .. hmm haven't meet that variant M with strike tru line .. will give it a try.

yeah the Latin transcript would be zh.

yeah so no easy way out :)

thanks for the videos .. will be helpful to refresh myself on the right way of doing things for the rest of the alphabet (almost we have some unique Cyrillic letters here as well).
