I find the Fatip OC (Piccolo if you like quite thin handle or Grande if you like a "normal" thickness for the handle) very efficient and quite smooth, you just have to check blade alignment (is not too difficult at all) and you have to find the blade that works smoothly for you.
It really is a remarkably smooth and efficient razor for me and really lots of shavers who used it.
I have quite a few of the razors mentioned above. That being said I recently found the Dovo Primo razor that combines a high degree of efficiency along with a high degree of smoothness. In my opinion it is a razor that is very hard to beat.
