NCAA Tourney-St. Marys upsets Villanova!!!

No I didn't but after hearing all year how great the Big East was I have thoroughly enjoyed seeing them take a bit of hit. Sorry, but the Big Twelve was the round ball conference this year. The rpi, schedule strength, etc, we had it all. We landed seven in the tourney and so far, only Tejas has let us down. We have three or four legit Elite Eight and Final Four teams this year including my Jayhawks. Now, if Kansas doesn't pull one of its stunts and give a game away it shouldn't. It has happened before. Hopefully the way things are shaping up, we can hang another one in the rafters of Allen Field House this year.

Living in the DC area, I enjoyed watching Georgetown get beat Thursday and Villanova today. Now, if only Maryland would get beat!!

There goes my bracket. Seems to happen every year. It's a small price to pay for getting to watch some of the best athletic competition in the world.

Absolutely fantastic...legendary late game three pointers by St. Mary's, how incredible! "A kiss to be remembered!" (referring to kiss off the glass three) Lol

Wow! Nice game, Northern Iowa! A Kansas loss at this stage was thoroughly unpredictable. Amazing.

I hope Kentucky is paying attention as they begin their game. You lose focus, you're done. I love this tournament.

I'm not much of a sports fan. However, my father-in-law is a UNI alum and wife's cousin is currently attending UNI, so everyone was pretty happy about the upset today.

I've been in Lawrence for the lows of Bucknell and Bradley, and for the high of the national championship. This was tough to watch, but one I could see coming. Kansas had played lazily all season long, and tonight it finally caught up with them. Maybe the freak 6 inches of snow we got last night was a foreshadow of bad things to come. Either way, I hate that Sherron's last game had to end like this, and that image of Mario Little sobbing was pretty tough to see.
