Nancy Boy Products

Hey guys, does anyone know where I could pick up some Nancy Boy shaving cream. I went to the site but I live in Hawaii and shipping is crazy, something like $20. Wanted to order a tub but don't want to pay for the shipping cost when I could simply order something from my normal rotation instead and save some money. Thanks!

As far as I know, their website and San Fransisco brick-and-mortar store are the only places to buy their products. If you join Club Nancy Boy (for free), you get 15% off everything. Other than that, you can always check the B/S/T forums on this site.

This. I've personally never seen Nancy Boy Signature for sale on on the B/S/T though, and I've only seen the Replenishing just recently.

Is that the cost of shipping to Hawaii? You really get the works, don't you? If you want, I can stop by the shop and send it at cost. But, it may take a while.

This may be your best bet, cardboard, since Hunter is right: Nancy Boy does not outsource their sales to anyone. Their product are only officially available on their website and in their shop. It also sounds like B/S/T is hit and miss. It's a bummer they charge so much to ship to you, but another gent in Alaska who posted recently about it was completely out of luck.

+1. You may want to email Eric at Nancy Boy to ask if there are any cheaper shipping options to Hawaii. Nancy Boy has excellent customer service.

Thanks for the advice, I'll try and email them if not then I might just take you up on that offer Cheech. Again thanks.

Don't take this the wrong way--their shave cream is a really nice product--but its not so spectacular that I would go to a lot of trouble in order to get it. Its about equal, in my opinion, to the thee T's, AOS and SMN.

That's a good point. I like a number of NB products, but I'm not sure that I like any of them enough to move heaven and earth to get them, since there are generally adequate substitutes that I can get just as - if not more - easily. Having said that, I believe there are some people who adore NB products and may well feel bereft without them.

I like the NB shampoo a lot, but have been holding off buying it because of cost. The Clubman Country Club Shampoo is much less expensive and works almost as well.

Honestly it's just the shaving addiction kicking in and wanting to try new products. Maybe it's the holiday season but lately I find myself looking online for new razors and creams to buy. I know I should get it under control but I've been good for a while and haven't bought anything lately and have been wanting to try their products. I think I'll give it till next year and if I still feel like trying it then I'll just order some. Instead I've been eying a Merkur HD, or a Gillete red tip, but the later is a little pricey so I think I'll go with the HD. Thanks for the advice.

At least Nacy Boy is a relatively affordable way to tickle your addiction bone. You know you're in trouble when you start jonesing for another SMN, Creed or Penhaligon's product!

I really like Nancy Boy shaving cream, but I agree with the above comments. If you can get the three Ts, AOS, etc. for cheaper in Hawaii, I wouldn't spend an arm and a leg to get NB shipped to you. It's good, but it's not magical.

I agree with everyone saying it's not completely worth the trouble. I really like their facewash, bar soap, etc., but their SC just doesn't offer the slickness and protection of other creams.

Making your face feel great, though.
