So I decided that the polyester suit purchased a little on the big side a few years ago at Burlington Coat Factory (only place I could find any suits that would fit him as he was nine years old) wouldn't do any more for him as it was time to get it taken out so it wasn't tight on him.
I took him to Men's Wearhouse and we got him sized and I purchased him two dress shirts (one white which was my choice and one any color he wanted, and he chose pink), and I purchased a black and a shiny grey suit for him which they had to order in, as well as a pair of white bracers and a belt. Saturday the 19th we went up and got him fitted in his new suits so they will be ready for him in a couple weeks after the tailor has his way with them, and we also bought him a nice long sleeved V-neck sweater.
But alas Men's Whorehouse got me again as I took advantage of their 70% off and buy one get one for $100.00 and purchased a charcoal suit and a tuxedo (which came to my house a week ago). So I also took these up and got fitted myself.
I just wish there was a place to find sateen/satin dress shirts in bright colors for men my size (20 inch neck 37-39 inch sleeve).
My boy is growing up as he likes to wear a suit to church and other places.
