Musgo Real AS - to shake or not to shake?

Who hear shakes their Musgo? I don't mean shaking the AS into your hand, I mean vigorously shaking the bottle before using it. Normally I do shake it, and a bunch of bubbles rise to the top. Today I decided not to shake it, and it seemed to sting a bit less, though that could just be due to something else. Anyone else have this experience?

This is incredibly eerie. I had this same question during this morning's shave.

I used to not shake it, and although many women go starry-eyed at the scent of the stuff I never used it very often because it made my face feel sticky. Today I decided to shake it to see if the ingredients were separating and causing the aloe to rise to the top. Well, that seemed to do the trick.

To answer your question, I think giving it a little shake is probably a good thing. It probably doesn't need as much as say, Ogallala Bay Rum.

its strange, but after 2 applications of musgo i dont notice the sticky thing, and i have normal skin. the first time i applied sparingly and it was very nice, smelled good, and wasnt sticky. the second time i purposely overapplied, and it still did not get sticky. however my girlfriend told me i smelled like ganja. must be the patchouli. and yeah i shake up AS before use, cant hurt after all.
