Mont Blanc in Pilot G2

i've been trying to stay away from engaging in this part of B&B since i need to keep my wallet in check, but i have lurked since it was created.
i was always looking at what what be a good pen and be content with but could never engage the purchase..

however, as i was looking for some small tools to fix something today, I stumbled up this pen hack i made about 6-7 years ago.. A mont blanc rollerball? refill in a pilot gel pen… it was such a nice pen, i don't know how it disappeared on me.. unfortunately the refill appears to be dried up

i remember how pleased i was with this hack after seeing on the web and getting it done...

Nice. I am doing the opposite and looking for ways to fit a Uni-Ball JetStream refill into a nicer pen.

I did the same thing with a fairly nice metal pilot g2. I didn't seal mine, and it eventually dried out like yours. It was fantastic before that though.

I did this a few months ago. I was really unsatisfied with how the Montblanc refill wrote and looked on the page. Didn't seem smooth and it just looked weak. I had blue, not sure if the color makes a difference
