This razor was made by Antonio Monserrat the father of José Monserrat Pou the maker of Filarmónica and way before Filis were a thing. Steel and shave is pretty much identical to first Gen Filis from my experience so you know it's a great razor.
Razor is 7/8 and was re-scale and restored by Max Sprecher
