Monogrammed Gillette Razor - CBA - Any Info

Any idea what the monogram on this razor means? It's on a New Improved that was on auction.

It is more than likely just someones initials. Perhaps a gifted razor for an occasion such as a birthday or Christmas. Probably monogrammed at a jeweler, or maybe a special order.
