Is it shaving blasphemy to mix my TOB sandalwood with unsented VDH Luxury soap? Tried a couple times last week and still not sure on the verdict.

If it's blasphemy, then I'm bound to be excommunicated. Do what you like. It's your soap. Search "Frankensoap" and see how popular it is with some B&Bers.
Personally, I have my own goulash, which I used this morning. It has tallows, glycerines, cheapo, top shelf, perfumy and soapy flavored. Works great, too.

I personally do not like to mix creams or soaps and simply divide them into two categories: the good ones that I like and the bad ones that I do not like. But this is just me. If you like to mix products and are happy with your attempts, feel completely free to proceed. Nothing can actually be considered blasphemy and you are the highest authority of your own opinion, whatever it is.
