Milton Brown=Fail

I called the Molton Brown customer service and asked for a sample and the lady said yes,and got my info and said the sample will arrive shortly.
Well,I just checked my mail and there was my sample,I open it up and it is a sheet of paper that you open up to smell,like what is in a magazine.
I guess if there is a shortage of their juice I will not make it worse by purchasing any.

Too bad, since many of their bath soaps, room candles and colognes are among my favourites. No doubt their prices are not low, and I have had to battle with customer service on an issue, but they did come through in the end. Yo umight try writing back and explaining that the paper samplers don't transport the essence effectively--I find those magazine samplers all smell the same--and see if they'll cave and send a real sample.

The Cassia body spray is one of the best body sprays I've ever found, too bad its such a brief fragrance. The Pepper Recharge is a great cologne and foaming bath soap for me, as are many of the other bath products.
