Meat chopper

I picked up a few straight over the last few weeks, a 5/8 Krusius Brothers KB extra,Germany. A huge 7/8 John.C. Cockmills celebrated razor,sheffield.

Anyone know anything about the KB extra, I havent been able to find anything about them.

Nice score! can't say I know much about either of those makers, but that cleaver is looking pretty nice, is it a full wedge? certainly looks like it

That is very odd.

It looks as if the 7/8 wedge was honed with tape. No noticeable wear on the spine....
