We love the Bloody Mary, and the Mimosa and Irish Whiskey, butbreakfast drinking can get a little bit stale if you do it more than twice aweek. You can get fifteen hundred different types of flavored creamer tointernationally delight your taste buds, so how come there aren’t more optionsfor breakfast booze? Say hello to Mama Walker and her new line of breakfastliqueurs. The 70 proof flavor concoctions currently available are: Maple Bacon(faintly burnt smokiness with a textured body), Blueberry Pancake (aroma ofblueberry with subtle sweetness and lingering hints of maple syrup) and GlazedDonut (smells of vanilla, tastes of “a sweet bread sensation”). Combine allthree with some potato vodka and a raw egg and your Long Island Skillet iscomplete. [Ed. Note: We take no responsibility for the outcome if anyoneactually makes that drink. Unless it's awesome.]

i used to bartender and be heavy into cocktail culture, big time. I fat washed bourbon to infuse it with bacon and rum to infuse it with buttered popcorn. It was also into molecular mixology etc. I'm now sober, so I can't lie and say that I've stayed up on everything but........just by the labels, and color of the liquid, (there's no way bacon liqueur should be clear), there look like they're going to be really official and low end. You want to see a company that does off beat liqueurs in the right way? Check out The Bitter Truth and Thatcher's.
