Has anyone given this one a go? Her write up on it sounds fantastic but something is holding me back from biting the bullet on this one.

The fragrance is nothing short of phenomenal!! Go for it! Her soaps all perform well and this one is great smelling too. Sort of a "baby powder - talc" kind of scent and very pleasing..
When I used her soaps, it was by far my favorite scent.

The smell of YOBS is amazing... I miss it a lot!!!
I was hesitant so I ordered a sample. It's great. It's got an amber and bay rum mix to it. If you buy it and you're disappointed, I'll gladly buy it from you!

After reading this thread and other related threads regards MB shave soaps I decided to try some Ye Olde Barbershoppe. I also ordered some samples of 3 others. Looking forward to trying these. 
I love the scent. I haven't run into one I didn't like yet and I've used about 10.
I have some now and I enjoy it. It is worth a try for sure.
Ordered some today.... I now have enough shave soap to last until retirement...
This description sounds right up my alley. I have Ye Olde Barbershop on the way.
From the likes of it, it sounds like this one is destined to be a classic Mama Bear's soap.
I love the smell of it, and it is a pleasure to shave with. This might be a lil off-topic, but has anyone tried the cologne of it?
I don't know what exactly it smells like, but it smells darn good. Post your impressions when you get it!
I have the cologne and it smells fantastic and lasts from bath to bed, literally. I can spray one squirt in the air and walk through it without a shirt on, work all day, take my shirt off before bed and still smell it. If you're thinking of getting it don't hesitate and pull the trigger. You will not regret it.
I haven't received it yet but in my mind based on the descriptions I imagine it to be a cross between Pinaud Clubman & Old Spice
Nothing like Tabac, really. Imagine baby powder mixed with cotton candy, in a really good way. Somehow still masculine
