Humm...I would have thought even a casual observer would pick up on the fact that the handle won't mate with the head of the razor.
Maybe you should PM them, and let them know. It would be the gentlemanly thing to do.
P.S. Just in case other poster's don't know, this is an Old Type head, and a Ornate handle from a Gem 1912.

I'd be more concerned that it doesn't seem to have a base plate for the razor to sit on, that would be one helluva aggressive shaver!
What are you talking about? It has both of the pieces for the head, it's just missing the handle.

The head is simply sitting upside down in the box. Both pieces of the head are there, this is an Open Comb Old Type razor.
The part with the "fingers" is the base plate of the razor. The cap is sitting underneath this in the box, and is the piece that has the threaded rod, and the two studs.
