Made a travel case tonight

Take one gardening knee pad...

An Altoids can and a Tech...

And a utility knife...

And violà!

It is nothing like the craftsmanship some folks here display, but it was a nice diversion for this evening.

It doesn't quite fit. It's literally a couple millmeters off. I finally went with the centered position out of resignation.

I went to Lowe's and wandered around looking for something made of closed cell foam, and that's what I found.

Thanks, everyone. If I do this again, I will use an Exacto and recommend that route to anyone who tries it. The edges look kind of sloppy from the utility knife.

Now I need to come up with an equivalent design for a TTO razor. I doubt the altoids tin is deep enough. Maybe my tech will become my travel razor?
