I don't know, but it's been a while since he posted any new content.
My info is very outdated but from what I remember he fell into depression after his wife died in 2016 or 2017 and had a difficult relationship with his step son who broke into his house and stole either some or all of his vintage razors to sell them (there was a drug problem IIRC). And to top it off he mentioned his arthritis was slowing him down.

His videos were a great story telling session about so many things. I've always wondered the same. Hope he's well and active.
I commented on a video of his, maybe 2-3 or so years ago and he replied.
He is probably my favorite of all YouTube shavers. He loved a big badger knot, and he had a load of brushes. An OG of the shaving world.

I had no idea about everything that's happened to him. He had some very cool and interesting content. I hope he's okay.
I wish we could find the mad scientist we could all blast him with some positive input.
