Hi. Does anyone know if the handles on Edwin Jagger Mach3 razors unscrew/come off? Asking as I wonder if they could then be made to fit a DE razor head? Thanks for advice!

I'm not sure but I think they do come off; I would think it depends on the particular model. I know that The Golden Nib sells Mach 3 heads for handles that you can turn yourself. Maybe you could email a vendor to ask.

With enough money and the right contacts/tools anything is possible. With a steady hand you could most likely cut off the M3 head and drill/tap the hole to accept a DE head. For the effort though it might be simpler to shell out $50 and have a custom handle turned out of the material of your choice.
