Luna razor

Here is a new find that I need some help qualifying.
The Razor is marked LUNA, Feist &Co, LUNAWERK, Solingen, Germany,
with a moonface mark , All the markings are on one side of the blade; it's plain on the other side.
It has bone scales.
Does anyone know anything about this razor or it's maker?

I can't say I know anything about it. You could always clean up the edge and shave with it. Then tell us what you know about it.
