Looking for a setting/preference

This is obviously not a big deal, but I was poking around looking for a preference. Did not find it, so wondering if it is configurable and I just missed it. I would like to be able to use the Mark Read feature without the confirmation dialog. In other words, I just want to click “Mark Read” on a forum and not have to click again. Possible?
