L'Occitane Baux AS Balm

I use it and I love it. It is very similar to the CADE ASB in terms of feel (very soothing and moisturizing, a little greasy at first, but fairly quickly absorbed), but I like the BAUX scent (I would call it vanilla with black pepper) even more than the CADE scent. Great stuff. The EdT never fails to garner a compliment or two.

I smelled the EdT a few weeks ago and cannot get the smell out of my head. I'm definitely purchasing some of this juice soon.

It's a very warm, sweetish but definitely manly scent. A bit like the better, rougher, way more distinguished take on a Gaultier Homme-like note. I imagine myself using this balm when one day I'll live in southern France, enjoying the nights in quiet little towns with the faint scent of lavender and the sound of the ocean. It's definitely one of my all-time favourite scents and I can only agree that it gets tons of compliments.

The balm is excellent. The edt would be, except myself and vanilla don't get along....if the cologne didn't have such a strong vanilla note it might be in my top 3.

For some reason, I don't get vanilla from the balm.

Yes, this EDT seems a bit stronger than my others from L'Occitane. I can overapply this one easily if I don't watch it!
