so i am looking to buy one of my employees his first cut throat as a suprise (i know the best boss ever right?) he is going to a course to learn the art.....any one think of a decent cheap razor i could get him looking to spend no more than £40-£60 ($60-$90) just to start him off thanks.

If you want it new, a Dovo 5/8" Best Quality is a great razor. You should be able to purchase one for $80US.
I just got one from StraightRazorDesign and it works great. Though you should be able to find a supplier closer to home.
