These guys deserve a special shout-out.
I bought and used a Thorn direct from Leaf. It worked well for me, but I inquired about the milder Twig. Next thing I knew, Leaf sent me a Twig baseplate at no charge. They also sent detailed instructions for making the change and a torx T4 screwdriver to do it.
Even with the instructions, I managed to mess it up. (The details are too embarrassing to describe.) So Leaf had me ship the razor back to them, at their expense, fixed it, and sent it back to me in less than a week, again at no charge. They even included a pack of their blades.
To me, this is way above and beyond.
