Le Paquet safety razor?

Does anyone recognise this razor? The seller says the box (identifying it as "AVEC LES COMPLIMENTS DE LA PAQUET COMPAGNIE QUEBEC CANADA") may not be the right box, so it may not be a Paquet razor, or even if the box is the correct one it may still be some other razor packaged by Paquet as a promotional item?

I don't know anything about that razor. I couldn't see any markings on the razor either.

I think it should be "Avec les compliments de la compagnie Paquet, Quebec, Canada"
Translation: With compliments of Paquet company, Quebec, Canada
