Lather - post up your favorite brush with a head of lather

Blue morning, blue day...

I have been tinkering with the meringue theme and
I had one turn out with a peak that leaned over more than
180 degrees and was starting to curl upwards.
I didn't take a picture because my camera was in my car
and I thought I would be able to recreate it but I haven't been.

This is the closest I have been able to get and it takes me
about 10 minutes, so I am giving up.
It takes me considerably less time to make enough lather
just to shave with.

I know I said I was giving up, but the curl popped up again,
a little better than last time and it reminded me a little
of the Dairy Queen curl.

This is interesting. I’ve avoided the Conk because someone on here said it didn’t work well, but I guess it’s one of those YMMV things. Now I definitely want to try it. Have you tried their Bay Rum?
@sdimartino
@Colonel Conk Bay Rum is stupid awesome. All their soaps lather like a champ. It's almost cheating to use for a great lather.
Hey, thanks for your comment. I have 4 of Colonel Conk's soaps, I guessed the complete glycerin set. Amber, Bayrum, Almond, and Lime. As per @BigD, all 4 soaps are easy for me to build a very good head of lather, either with a badger or synthetic. I tend to use these soaps with my most aggressive razor/blade combination. My preference is the Lime followed by Bayrum, Amber, and Almond.

I think all shavers should have this set in their collection as they're cheap, very slick, and generally good performance. I bought these set all the way from the USA to my place in Malaysia and I sure treasured it...hahahahaha
Go and get the set...sure no regrets!!
